Are you still shipping during COVID-19?

Yes, we are still working during COVID-19 and we are shipping packages as usual.

How long does it take for my package to be delivered?

We are currency offering free shipping on all orders and the typically delivery time frame is anywhere from 7-12 business days

Can I cancel my order after I've made a purchase on the website? - You can.

You can immediately cancel your order within 1 hour after purchasing. This is because we process and ship packages right away so that it will arrive at your doorstep as soon a possible. So if you change your mind, please send us a message right away. 

We'll cancel and refund you as soon as we get your request as long as your order has not shipped out yet. A returns process is required for refunds after the item arrives to your location if it's already been shipped out. 

How do I return or exchange an item? - Our Guarantee.

We have a 30 day refund policy that starts only when your package arrives at your doorstep. 

We accept returns for undamaged items within 30 days to guarantee customer satisfaction.

What if my order arrives damaged? 

In the case that your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within the first 7 days of receiving the order for either a full refund or reshipment. 

Where do you ship from?

Our products are efficiently packaged by our expert handling team to ensure they arrive in perfect condition regardless how far they go. 

We ship our from fulfillment centers in the United States, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. If your item is out of stock in your nearest location, we'll send it directly from our production line with the same delivery times as indicated in our shipping page.
